Avalanche White Beet

An all white table beet (Beta vulgaris), with lush green tops. Roots have a sweet flavor that's less earthy than a red beet. This is a great beet for the fence sitters - folks who find the flavor of the red beets too harsh and prefer something more palatable. A 2015 All American Selections winner.
