Asian Delight is an All-America Selections (AAS) award-winning selection of Pak Choi (also spelled "Pac Choi"; Brassica rapa) that we are proud to offer in our catalog. This fast growing green forms succulent and crispy white stalks and slightly savoyed leaf crowns. Plants typically reach between 5-7 inches tall and can eaten harvested in their entirety. It stores really well too!
